Disruption at Euston

Euston station power outage and train disruption

Update as at 20 April 2017

Due to a power outage at London Euston station, Virgin Trains West Coast were unable to operate a normal trains services.

Customers who were affected by this disruption that were subsequently unable to travel are advised of the following;

Unused tickets dated 19th April will be valid for travel today regardless of ticket type with no time restriction.

Alternatively, customers can apply for a full refund for the unused tickets at the point of purchase.

Travel agents and TMCs should apply through TARS attaching this brief.
