Chiltern Railways - Face Coverings
At Chiltern Railways, the safety and wellbeing of customers and staff are always top priority. For those passengers that have to travel, the aim is to provide a safe environment with increased train and station cleaning. Touchpoints, like handles and rails, are cleaned regularly with antiviral disinfectant throughout the day. Daily deep cleaning has been increased, with more teams on key routes, and social distancing measures are being implemented at stations and on trains. Chiltern is continuing to follow advice from NHS and Public Health England to keep staff and customers safe. So, in line with official advice, avoidance of non-essential journeys and working from home if at all possible.
