2021 Travel Agent Discount Authority (TADA) Vouchers

2021 TADA vouchers will be sent out towards the end of week commencing 7th December and should arrive with you by Christmas.

The key features of TADA arrangements in 2021 remain the same as the previous year:

• Discount level: The discount level for TADA tickets is 45%.
• Travel restrictions: TADAs are not valid for use on London bound trains timed to arrive in London before 10:00 Monday to Friday (except for travel on sleeper services).
• Eligible ticket types: TADAs may be used in conjunction with ‘walk up’ ticket types (Anytime / Off Peak / Super Off Peak), travelling in First or Standard Class.
• Child fares: Child fares are priced at half the discounted adult fare.

You will note that the TADA design has slightly changed for the new year as follows;

• The space for the ticket number has been enlarged to allow for e-ticket and m-ticket numbers to be recorded here (these ticket type numbers are longer than the usual paper tickets).
• The outward journey date and return journey date (if known) now need to be confirmed when completing the TADA.

Please ensure that when completing a TADA, all details required are completed in full, including the relevant ticket number, and that the TADA is signed by your agency’s manager or director before the journey is made. Failure to do so may result in the ticket and the TADA being withdrawn, and the employee being required to pay the full fare for the journey being made as if no ticket were held.
