Every six months CrossCountry publishes a Customer Report to share the company’s progress on a series of initiatives to make journeys across the network even better.

This April edition of the Customer Report focuses on CrossCountry’s performance and shares insight across the four key regions to showcase the continual work to improve customer experience whilst also being involved in a variety of great projects across the network.

Despite the challenges CrossCountry has faced this year due to covid-19, the business is proud of what has been achieved given the circumstances.

Not only is CrossCountry very much looking forward to providing full services again and to welcoming passengers back when the time is right but is also excited as to what the future holds.

We're certainly all looking forward to a time when we can welcome our passengers back on board across our network, but until then, we hope all remain stay safe and well.
